Sacred Phases From the start of Chapter 1 onwards, your mission will begin. Asgard needs warriors- Einherjar- to be sent to Valhalla to aid the gods in the upcoming ultimate battle taking place at the end of the world; called Ragnarok. As Valkyrie, you are required to seek out brave and intruiging souls worthy for such a task. You determine which ones stay and which ones are to be sent. At the end of every chapter, you will meet with Freya and she will brief you about the status of Asgard and how your Einherjar are doing. I recommend that you send two up per chapter, except for when you are in Chapter 5-6 in Hard Mode; play it by ear, (if you want to get the A ending). Only one can be sent per Chapter in easy mode. Each Einherjar sent MUST be levelled up and equipped beforehand with necessary maxed out (or close to it) skills, necessary hero value, and proper equipment, or else they'll die. You wont be able to send anyone who has below 0 Hero Value. Yes, Valhalla WILL be picky. The Materialize Points and Artifacts you receive from Odin will depend on whether or not you did a good job in "training" the Einherjar or not, coupled with your dungeon performance. The War Status is also effected. So try to keep this all in mind when you play.Note that when Freya requests a specific Einherjar, say, a swordsman, you don't need to send TWO swordsman during that Chapter. As long as you fulfill her requirements with one, it'll be fine. You'll be picking up sorceresses left and right, so you know that a lot of them will have to accompany the warrior/archer/whatever that she specifically asks for. Make sure their Hero Value and stats are on par with each other's. Worried about swiping Artifacts? No need. You can cruise through the game and keep BLOODY WELL EVERYTHING and you'll still make out wonderfully in Sacred Phases. Take that, Evaluation Level. There are a few special cutscenes to be had during Einherjar transfer. The most obvious is the prelude to Valkyrie's awakening that occurs when Lucian is transferred. Two others occur only in Chapter 7, and ONLY if you send these two pairs together- Shiho/Suo and Jelanda/Badrach. If you transfer Lawfer and Kashell together in Chapter 3, they will also have a scene. Head-start in Chapter 1 If you're playing on Easy, don't send anyone. For the other two modes, give Jelanda or Llewelyn the boot. You haven't had a Sacred Phase yet, but it still helps to get rid of an extra crew member when you can. Their Hero Value must be 40 or above.Sacred Phase 1-2 Requested Class: WarriorRequested Skills: Tactics, Leadership, Identify Requested Hero Value: 50 Sacred Phase 2-3 Requested Class: ArcherRequested Skills: Find Trap, Survival Requested Hero Value: 65 Sacred Phase 3-4 Requested Class: NegotiatorRequested Skills: Trick, Demon INT, Hear Noise Requested Hero Value: 80 Sacred Phase 4-5 Requested Class: Nimble/SwimmerRequested Skills: Resist Damage, Defend, March, Attack Power Requested Hero Value: 90 Sacred Phase 5-6 Requested Class: SorcererRequested Skills: Monster INT, Hit Requested Hero Value: 100 Sacred Phase 6-7 Requested Class: High Level SorcererRequested Skills: Undead INT, Avoid, Resist Magic Requested Hero Value: 110 Sacred Phase 7-8 Requested Class: Brave/High Level WarriorRequested Skills: Fight, Counter, Leadership, Formation, March Requested Hero Value: 120 |
